On enquiry you will be contacted to discuss your requirements and asked to complete a self- referral form so I can understand your individual needs.

All assessments are by video consultation.

Prior to the assessment, I will request a GP summary to obtain relevant medical history and investigations.

I do not usually accept patients without GP summary unless there are exceptional circumstances.

An initial assessment is for 1 ¼ hour - During the initial assessment, you will have a comprehensive assessment of your mental health situation and relevant background history.

After the initial assessment, you will receive a report with your diagnosis, recommended investigations, treatment plan and other advice.

A copy of this assessment will be sent to your GP.

A maximum of 2 follow up sessions can be offered if required.
